The programs nobody mentions
Good Neighbor Next Door can take fifty per cent off the list price of an eligible home for an officer, firefighter, teacher or EMT. It is a real federal program and almost nobody has heard of it. Mike told FOX31 Denver in 2024 that spreading the word is the point — he used it himself.
